Optional Modules

• Online Question support – free for first 2 questions per month. Then $15 per question response. Integrated to system and includes an email to alert you of the online response.

• Stock Module can be activated for an additional $10 per month. This module enables stock to be tracked and reported on.

• Payroll Module can be activated for an additional $10 per month. This enables full management of employees and payroll activity.

• Operation of an accounts receivable collection policy - This involves automatically sending statements & escalating reminder letters based on dates overdue. $200 setup and additional $10 per month.

• Fixed Asset Register - $100 setup and hourly rate on work performed to maintain.

• Phone support - $15 per 15 minute block. Pre-purchase support blocks at a reduced rate. $55 for one hour (4 blocks) or $100 for 2 hours (8 blocks).

• Payroll processing - $100 setup for up to 5 employees, $10 setup per extra employee. $60 per payroll for 5 employees plus $2 per extra employee. Includes bank ABA file, timesheet entry and email of payslip to employee. Year end Payments summaries, annual report, super & leave reports are all provided at no additional charge. • Printed Forms Customisation - Shoebooks standard invoice is included in the setup fee and access to the printing formats module is provided. The Printing Formats module allows you to change the layout of all printed forms. E.g. Invoice, Remittance Advice. It does however require a good knowledge of HTML or XSLT. Shoebooks design experts can customise printed forms to your requirements for $85 per hour.
