Shoebooks Services: Hourly Rate & Prepaid

• Utilising Shoebooks services under the hourly rate method means you only pay for the actual time spent on your work.

• You will receive a monthly account together with a time report. Shoebooks comprehensive time reporting provides a transparent method of billing our services.

• You will be appointed with a dedicated account manager that will be the main contact for service delivery.

• Shoebooks service hours can be purchased in prepaid blocks at a reduced rate. When you purchase a prepaid block you still only pay for the actual time spent each month. Unused hours carry forward.

  

* Hours are billed in 5 minute increments & there is a minimum 1 hour charge per month.

 

Shoebooks Services: Fixed Price Packages

Fixed price packages are offered for bookkeeping and payroll services.

Shoebooks needs to understand your bookkeeping and payroll needs before a fixed price package can be offered. Contact Shoebooks today for an estimate.

Packages are offered for different business sizes and can be taken either as a “Hybrid” or “Fully Outsourced” option.

Shoebooks offers services under 2 separate models:

Hybrid Model

Using the Hybrid model provides the flexibility for the work to be divided between Shoebooks and the customer. i.e. Shoebooks can do some of the work and you can do the work that you want to do.

At a minimum Shoebooks performs the bank reconciliation and post processing audit checklist. This ensures the accuracy of the work and provides a checking method for the work performed by the customer.

Any of the below modules can be allocated to Shoebooks to operate.

The mix of who does what can be changed at any time. This flexibility allows the customer to seamlessly manage employee changes, holidays, sales campaigns etc.

The nature of your business will make it fairly obvious which modules are best performed by the customer and which modules are best allocated to Shoebooks. As your business grows more modules can be allocated to Shoebooks to free up your time.

Outsourced Model

Using the Outsourced model means that Shoebooks takes care of all bookkeeping and payroll requirements that you business has.

This can extend to answering the phone in your company name, collecting money, paying accounts, managing staff payroll, liaising with your tax accountant etc.
