Setup Fee includes the following:

• Setup of customised chart of accounts

  We customise the following sections of the chart to you business:

  • Bank and Credit Card accounts are given names that relate to the issuing bank. Bank details are also loaded for EFT payment file creation.
  • Income and Cost of Sales accounts are renamed to match your different products and/or services.
    

  NB: Shoebooks "Sole Trader" standard chart has been designed to cater for both personal and business transactions.

• Customisation of our invoice template to include your logo and details.

• Creation of user accounts to allow multiple user access to the system.
