| 03-Mar-2008 | The update includes six very useful new features |
| • Search Client Ref / PO Number - in invoices and bill search screens there is now the ability to search Purchase Order numbers - also referred to as Client Ref. • Due date - in invoice and bill search screens can now search by the due date. • Invoice Print Template Select Screen - when Print Invoice is pressed you can now select which print template to use on the fly. This feature is particularly useful for those using Delivery Dockets and customised invoices. • End of Month Terms - new payment term - ability to setup end of month terms whereby the due date is set to a certain number of days after the end of the current month. eg "Eom 30 Days" = payment is due 30 days into the next month. • Bas Report - ability to select a different period for payroll vs GST. This is only useful for those of you on monthly wages and quarterly GST. |
