New Features Released

• Pay Anyone (ABA) file creation - create EFT payment files for electronic payment of suppliers. ABA file created that can be loaded into internet banking.
• Divisions - new feature that allows you to setup reporting divisions within your business. eg. NSW/VIC/QLD or Retail/Wholesale. You can then generate a Profit & Loss by Division. NB: This feature is different to projects.
• Admin Login - for those of you that operate multiple companies, this feature allows you to create a master login so that you can click between your files without having to logout and log back in.
• Ability to reorder lines on invoices and bills. To re-order lines, release the bill/invoice and a button next to the delete button called "Reorder Lines" will be displayed. You can drag & drop the order or use the up/down arrows to change the order of lines.
• Batch Deposits - ability to group multiple customer receipts into a batch deposit so that only one record is displayed in the banking register. To use this feature refer to Step 3 & 4 of attached instructions but use for receipts instead of payments.
• New report to print the Chart of Accounts. Called GL Account List and is located under financial statements.
• Delete Button - large pop up yellow delete button that you cannot miss.
• GST Report - new formatted BAS report and GST detail reports.
