Banking Module

The following activity areas are available:

• Banking
• Credit Cards
• Reconciliation

The banking and credit card screens provide access to the transaction registers. Extensive filters are available to find and manage transactions.

This module provides the ability to perform banking tasks that are not related to accounts payable or receivable. Enter cheques, withdrawals and deposits direct to appropriate account codes.

The reconciliation section enables you to perform bank reconciliations for both banking and credit card accounts. Completed reconciliations are stored in the system and can be viewed & edited via the search screen.

Batch deposits and Batch withdrawals are managed in the banking menu. Batch withdrawals can generate EFT payment files. Ie ABA formatted files.
