 I wanted to thank the Shoebooks team for your efforts over the past six years or so.As you know, we have had a number of businesses rise and fall over that period, while Shoebooks has quietly and sensibly continued on growing. Every time we start a new business, Shoebooks is the default option - we don't bother wasting time reviewing the competition as we know that Shoebooks caters to all of our default needs. Having said that, we have reviewed alternatives to Shoebooks when requiring specialist services such as timesheet or payroll management. On a direct comparison of features, we have not found anything else that fulfils our requirements as well as Shoebooks. We also know that we have direct contact with the owners and developers of the system, so new options or tweaks to existing ones are always possible. I doubt that ANY of your genuine competitors would offer this possibility at all. To cap it all off, the pricing model that you have adopted makes Shoebooks top value for money. You have never had us on 'lock-in' contracts and this is also greatly appreciated. Finally, with my background in mission critical IT systems, I know that you take system availability and reliability, as well as data security very seriously. There has always been absolute confidence that our financial data will always be protected and accessible. I can honestly say that the uptime of Shoebooks is better than some of Australia's banks in my experience! Thanks again and keep up the great work! |

 I have been in business for 16 years. It all started with one restaurant and throughout the course of this time expanded to a franchise company with three restaurants, a fashion company and a property development company.As you can imagine the book keeping end of it all was extremely important and critical in the management of the day to day running of it all. After self managing all the book keeping using MYOB,Quickbooks, an accountant and at times a secretary/ PA I discovered that although I was a great business women I definately was NOT a book keeper.
